Questions about buying
- How many Macs can I use one licence on?
- Up to 3. To move it, choose Deactivate This Mac in the app's licence settings, then activate on the new one.
- How do I get my licence key?
- Right after checkout, the confirmation page shows your key with a button that activates it in the app. The same key is emailed to you.
- Does the app need to be online?
- Only now and then. HTTPGlass checks your licence in the background and keeps Pro working for 7 days without a connection.
- How do I cancel or change my card?
- Email support@httpglass.com from the address you paid with and we’ll cancel it or update your card for you.
- What happens to my rules if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Rules beyond the Free limits stay saved and switch back on if you subscribe again.
- How does Team licensing work?
- One subscription, one shared licence key, billed per seat. However many seats you buy is how many Macs that one key can be activated on — buy 8 seats, activate on 8 Macs, no separate keys to hand out.
- Is there an iPhone or Android version?
- iPhone and iPad are on the App Store, with their own Free and Pro tiers. Pro there is an App Store subscription, billed by Apple, so a Mac licence does not unlock it and the other way round. Android is in the works.
- How do I cancel the iPhone and iPad subscription?
- In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refunds for the App Store app.
